Terms of Service

1. Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of XOLeap (“Service”) by the organization enabling the subscription (“Customer”) and its authorized users. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and represent that you have authority to bind your organization.
2. Accounts & Responsibilities
- Customer is responsible for the accuracy of account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
- Customer must ensure each user complies with these Terms, applicable laws, and internal policies.
- Customer must promptly notify XOLeap of any unauthorized access or suspected security incident.
3. Subscription & Payment
Plans are billed according to the subscription order. Fees for additional modules, usage overages, or add-on users will be invoiced per the plan configuration in the billing portal. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code.
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code or infringing content.
- Attempt to access data belonging to other tenants or bypass security controls.
- Use the Service for benchmarking or competitive purposes without written consent.
5. Data Ownership & Privacy
Customer retains ownership of all data submitted to the platform. XOLeap acts as a processor of Customer Data and will use it solely to provide, secure, or improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. Customer is responsible for exporting data prior to termination.
6. Service Availability & Support
XOLeap targets 99.9% uptime excluding planned maintenance. Support tiers and response times are defined in your plan. We may modify the Service provided that materially degraded functionality is communicated with reasonable notice.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach if not cured within 30 days of notice. Upon termination, Customer access will be disabled and data deleted in accordance with retention policies unless otherwise required by law.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” except as expressly stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, XOLeap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability will not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
