Account Setup

Signing Up

  1. Visit the XOLeap website and click "Start Free Trial"
  2. Complete the signup form with:
    • Company information
    • Plan selection (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise)
    • Admin account details
    • Warehouse configuration
  3. Review your information and submit

Your 7-Day Free Trial

  • Full access to all features in your selected plan
  • No credit card required
  • Sample data available to explore the system
  • Guided onboarding to help you get started

After signing up, you'll go through a guided onboarding process:

Common Questions

How do I add more warehouses?

Go to Settings > Warehouses and click "Add Warehouse". Note: Warehouse limits depend on your subscription plan.

Can I change my plan?

Yes! Go to Billing and select a different plan. Changes take effect immediately.

What happens when my trial ends?

You'll receive notifications before your trial ends. Add a payment method to continue using the service.

How do I import products?

Go to Inventory > Products and use the "Import" button. Download the template CSV file for the correct format.
